A high school soccer team struggles after the sudden death of one of their members in a traffic accident. The loss leaves a void that seems impossible to fill, jeopardizing their chances of reaching the championships they had all aspired to. When a new student, Amakusa Kain, joins the team and impresses with his soccer abilities, the team is left wondering if he might help them recover from the tragedy and regain their drive to compete.
