Taj Mahal Byou no Aru Machi

A high school girl named Moegi, who lost her mother three years ago, resists her father's decision to marry a kind new wife. Using money earned from her part-time job, she travels to India during summer vacation, which overlaps with her father's wedding. On the flight, she meets a blond American man who is a drummer on an Asian tour. Both visit the Taj Mahal, which is open only on nights with a full moon. Though they part ways, he tells her he will be in Japan next month. Upon returning home, Moegi softens toward her stepmother and later sees a poster for a rock band arriving in Japan that month. To her surprise, it features the man she met in India.
