The Capital Kingdom of Regunum has maintained control and peace across the land for many years. Recently, individuals known as "inoushas," who possess significant mystical abilities, have emerged. Public fear and hostility toward these individuals have grown, prompting Regunum to initiate efforts to capture all inoushas in an attempt to protect the population. During this time, Ruca, a merchant's son from Renugum, learns that he too has this same mystical power.
