A mountain village, located some distance from the city and surrounded by greenery, is home to two junior high school students, Kimi and Shiromi, who live without their parents. They do not seem to mind their situation, as they rely on the eggs from their three chickens to provide for their needs. The story offers a glimpse into their simple life in the village, where the belief is that being full brings happiness, regardless of one’s location or financial situation.
