Tamayomi

Yomi Takeda was a pitcher in junior high but struggled in a cross-school baseball tournament because her team lacked a catcher skilled enough to handle her special throw. Frustrated and unable to use her signature move, she quit baseball after junior high. She enrolled in Shin Koshigaya High School, which had no baseball club. There, she reunited with Tamaki Yamazaki, a childhood friend who had also played baseball in junior high as a catcher and was capable of catching Yomi’s special throw. The two had once promised to play baseball together. Now, they have the chance to fulfill that promise. They begin the journey of reviving their shared passion for the sport.
