Tasuku's father, an AI researcher, died under mysterious circumstances, leaving behind twin AI programs—one a detective named Ai and the other a criminal named Ia. Tasuku teams up with Ai to uncover who killed his father. He later learns that Ia has been stolen by the terrorist group Octa-Core, who use her to carry out illegal activities. As Tasuku faces a series of challenging cases, he also uncovers the truth about his mother's death and Ia's ultimate objective.
