Ichika was the lead singer of an underground girl band but was abruptly removed from the group. Nirai, a high school boy, donated a large sum of money to a VTuber idol, only to feel used and abandoned. Both are at their lowest points in life. When they encounter each other, their shared experiences of disappointment and rejection form the basis of their connection.
