Two street brawlers, Soichiro Nagi and Bob Makihara, aim to establish themselves as top fighters at Todo High, a school focused on combat training. Struggling to adapt, they join the Juken fight club as newcomers. The Executive Council, a rival group, attacks the Juken Club unexpectedly, giving Soichiro and Bob an opportunity to prove themselves, provided they avoid being defeated.
