Tenkuu no Hachi

In 1995, a remotely controlled helicopter hovers above a nuclear power plant after a fax is sent to the power company, local government, and media. The message demands the plant be shut down within ten hours or the helicopter will be crashed, with a child onboard. Kazuaki Yubara, the helicopter's designer, and Yuichi Mishima, a nuclear engineer, attempt to rescue the child and identify the perpetrator.
