A young girl who has been reincarnated in a country modeled after ancient Rome sets out to study magic in the capital. Using water magic, she causes a flood in her classroom and later faints after using herself in an experiment that results in hot air escaping from an unexpected place. Her unconventional actions draw disapproval, but she uses ice magic to make shaved ice, which unexpectedly gains popularity.
