A woman named Sarasa Ichinokura experiences chronic fatigue from a young age, which continues into her adult life. After a particularly tiring day at work, she falls asleep and is told by a mysterious figure that her exhaustion is due to low "mana." Without explanation, she is transported to a fantasy world where she awakens as a ten-year-old girl in a land with flying creatures and large wolves. A monster hunter named Nelly rescues and takes her in. Despite finally having the energy she lacked before, Sarasa finds staying confined in Nelly’s cabin unappealing. She wants to become independent in this new and dangerous world, which means learning to use magic. She decides to take things slowly and deal with her new life step by step.
