A young girl named Marie Alexandrin lives in Europe in 1889. She is described as innocent and blonde, with a strong admiration for Crown Prince Rudolf. While visiting a library with her mother, she unintentionally frees a magenta-haired demon named Set from a book where he had been sealed. Grateful for his release, Set offers to fulfill whatever request Marie desires.
