Tenshi no Matsu Ie

Kayla became a surrogate for her deceased sister and has been raising the child independently. After her nanny steals her money, she is left destitute and turns to her childhood friend Van, with whom she once had a brief intimate encounter. Upon arriving, she learns he is engaged and quickly leaves without explaining her visit. Curious, Van goes to her home and discovers a burglar endangering her and the baby. After ensuring their safety, he offers a temporary living arrangement: for six months, Kayla and the child can stay with him.
