A boy named Mikami Tsubasa has missed school because of a heart problem. On Christmas Eve, he decides to leave home to begin a new chapter in his life. However, he doesn't get far before his childhood friend, Gin, suffers a severe accident. In a moment of panic, Tsubasa begs for help for his friend. His plea is heard by an unexpected figure who identifies himself as an "angel."
