Yayoi Sakamoto attends Kazuki High School in Nanba, Osaka, an area known for launching comedians. There, she reconnects with Yomogi Takahashi, a former childhood friend and past comedy partner in the duo "Konamonzu." They begin rehearsing a comedy routine in a park, aiming to compete in a local shopping area contest. During one practice, an unknown girl approaches them and speaks to them.
