Tokko Private Academy is known for its high level of delinquency in Japan. Yamadano aims to become the top delinquent by challenging the reigning leader, called the "Beast." Believing the "Beast" spends time in the gym storage room, Yamadano goes there to confront him, only to discover something unexpected.
