Teru Teru Kensetsu (Kabu)

Chise Kashima secures a position at a construction firm with the help of her grandmother, who resides on an island. Expecting an easy job at a resort, she instead finds herself on a construction site populated by intimidating individuals. As she toils and endures the physical demands of the work, she comes to a realization about the reality of her new environment.
