A figure known as the King of Evil returns after a century-long absence, only to discover that humanity has abandoned belief in magic and the supernatural, favoring science instead. In response, he issues a challenge to Dr. Higeta, proposing a contest between magic and science. Dr. Higeta, supported by an alien scientist from Mars named Tyrol, teams up with his nephew Kenichi and niece Hanako to take on the King of Evil. The story centers on this confrontation, as the group prepares to face the overwhelming magical forces that the King of Evil represents.
