A massive robot known as Moon is constructed by a wealthy individual named Baron, who invests 2.5 trillion yen into its creation. Claiming that a deity is no longer present, he builds Moon to act as a new force meant to deliver justice in a world plagued by wrongdoing. Baron chooses not to control the robot himself, instead entrusting it to young males possessing an untainted heart, believing they are better suited to discover genuine justice.
