Mon is a ruthless murderer driven solely by his own violent impulses. Toshi, his nervous partner, is obsessed with demolition and destruction. Together, they embark on a bloody journey across Japan. Their path is expected to cross with that of the massive creature "Higumadon," which is causing widespread chaos in a Godzilla-like manner, moving from Hokkaido to Tokyo.
