In the 21st century, a mysterious life form known as Yperite threatens human extinction. A group of survivors takes refuge in a secret research facility located on Yarigatake, a mountain in Nagano, Japan. The facility is guarded by six immortal women known as the Huntress, who were developed there. The arrival of a former soldier named Deluja marks the beginning of the story.
