In a future where individuals known as Others possess awakened abilities, society benefits from the authority of the Tiger's Nest, a group of Others who uphold justice by eliminating those who misuse their powers. Despite this, the old capital's slums remain plagued by poverty and crime, ignored by the Nest. From this neglected area, a solitary figure rises.
