Tokage no Ou

A boy named Ikagawa Tokage possesses the ability to change the color of his eyes each time he blinks. He views this as a minor ability and seeks to enhance it to prove it is more than a trivial skill. He trains in an abandoned building in Tokyo. One day, while practicing, he discovers what appears to be a crime scene and suspects the perpetrator is still nearby. He faces the question of whether he can survive the encounter and uncover the true potential of his power.
