Toki wo Koeru Kage

Nathaniel Wingate Peaslee was a professor of political economy at Miskatonic University, known for his balanced temperament and lack of interest in the occult. In 1908, during a lecture, his classroom transformed into an unfamiliar, otherworldly scene, causing him to collapse. Upon waking, he was no longer the same man, displaying strange behavior and speaking of time, foreign places, and altered realities. His actions and research unsettled his family and friends. By 1913, he returned to his former self, unaware of the five years that had passed. Seeking answers, he embarked on a global journey to a location where remnants of an ancient, vanished civilization still exert an influence beyond time.
