Toki wo Tomeru Shokeinin wa Gisoutsuma

A man who drives a taxi and lives alone after his family was killed encounters two young girls who pay him to drive them to a warehouse. There, he meets a young woman with weapons and a room filled with corpses. She is an assassin who can halt time when she becomes aroused by removing her clothes. To better utilize her ability, she requests that he serve as both her driver and spouse. The two form an unusual partnership.
