Tokkou Zero

A division within the Metropolitan Police Department, known informally as "Tokkou," was created to address rising incidents of random violence, terrorism, and other unexplained criminal activities. The unit consists of experts trained to capture and handle dangerous entities referred to as "phantoms," which are described as unusual creatures or individuals committing bizarre offenses.
