A girl is mistakenly labeled both an honor student and a demon. To reclaim her lost past, a contract is made—snow-white wings appear at night, and lightning falls from the sky. These supernatural events are caused by ≪Kyoui≫. The Special Ability Control Academy is meant to protect and teach ≪Observers≫, girls with unique powers. In reality, it isolates and controls them before using them. Shimon pretends to be an honor student, hoping to become a supervisor and investigate his childhood friend, who was taken to one of these academies and had her normal life taken away. He forms a contract with a girl marked as the demon 『Asmodeus』, who serves the institution. He vows to save her, even if it means making the whole world his enemy.
