Minato Akina arrives in Tokyo with dreams of success but quickly loses all his money on the first day. Struggling to make ends meet, he meets Chiba Rintarou, who is also facing difficult times. Chiba offers Akina a chance to become a young idol, though both men have unresolved issues from their pasts.
