A middle-aged man named Kisugi, who appears to be struggling, meets Ooyoshi, a top host at a club, in the lively Shinjuku district. Ooyoshi, once in a difficult situation, was helped by someone who wanted to see him. While Ooyoshi believes he is making an effort to show his best self, Kisugi feels overwhelmed by sadness. Despite his struggles, Kisugi is trying to live his life to the fullest, driven by his first love.
