Takaya Tsugami, a high school student, feels uncertain about his future as he prepares to submit a career survey. He questions his desires and whether it's acceptable to pursue them. He moves through school without direction until Rigel Minahashi enters his life. Rigel seems to live freely according to his own will. Takaya faces unexpected events involving Rigel, which may prompt a change in his outlook.
