A pregnant woman named Hinata Yoshizumi, jobless and homeless, collapses outside the home of Asumi Inogai and is hidden there. Initially, Hinata grows to trust Asumi, who appears kind. However, Asumi reveals that she has committed murder. The narrative follows the tense relationship between the two women, both trapped in desperate circumstances, as they face challenges surrounding a child.
