Tonari no Kimi de Atama ga Ippai

A girl named Kisaragi shares a class with the narrator and claims she can hear people's thoughts, though she clarifies that it is not the same as reading them. She is exhausted by constantly hearing others' thoughts without being able to stop it. The narrator initially feels sympathy but sees no solution. However, when Kisaragi sits next to him, her ability seems to only detect his thoughts, allowing her some relief. Despite this, the narrator finds her proximity unsettling, though he insists it has nothing to do with her appearance. He soon realizes that his thoughts are still being heard by her.
