Yamada Ichirou walks the same route to school every day, crossing paths with Fujisaki Shiori, the girl he likes, but has never spoken to her. After years of failed attempts to start a conversation, a new neighbor moves in—Sakura Moe, an 11-year-old with an exaggerated sense of maturity. While her mother is away, Moe visits Yamada’s house wearing only a bath towel and asks for his help, claiming she needs to be rescued. On the same day, Shiori unexpectedly arrives at Yamada’s home for a school-related matter. Seeing the situation, she misinterprets the event, believing Yamada to be a stalker and possibly a pedophile. Yamada must now find a way to clear up the misunderstanding before it ruins his chances with Shiori.
