A man named Kiryuu Naoya takes on the role of a private tutor for the younger sister of his friend Ohtakemaru. The girl is confined to her home due to poor health. Unusual events begin to occur around the Ohtakemaru household, leading to rumors of a murderer nearby. Naoya harbors a secret he keeps from the siblings, but it is eventually revealed during a single night of unfolding events.
