Toritsu Gyakujuuji Byouin

After noticing a strange 'Mark of Death' appearing on his body, the protagonist seeks help at the Metropolitan Inverted Cross Hospital, hoping a specialist can explain what is happening to him. Once inside, however, he discovers that almost nothing about the institution behaves the way a normal clinic should: the patients waiting around him, the staff guiding him through corridors and even the doctor he eventually meets all carry an unmistakably sinister air. What was meant to be a routine consultation turns into a tense descent into a world where treatment, illness and identity blur together.
