Touhou Sangetsusei: Eastern and Little Nature Deity

The manga is set in Gensokyou, a location featured in most Touhou games. It follows three fairies who engage in daily pranks on visitors to the Hakurei Shrine and seek revenge against them. The story is loosely connected to the Touhou game series.
