Naoki is sent to spend the summer with his uncle as punishment after an argument with a friend, stemming from his tendency to pursue others' romantic interests. At his uncle's home, he meets Kei, a somber assistant who lives there. Shortly after his arrival, Naoki realizes that Kei's role extends beyond that of a typical live-in helper.
