A high school student named Kyosuke returns to his childhood apartment, where a witch offers tribal tattoos that fulfill any wish at a deadly cost—those marked are eventually consumed by an unknown monster. After losing a childhood friend to this fate, Kyosuke decides to get the tattoo himself in an effort to safeguard the community.
