Trickster

In the 2030s, a group known as the Boys' Detective Team works alongside the enigmatic detective Kogorou Akechi to solve a range of incidents. One of the team's members, Kensuke Hanasaki, meets a boy named Yoshio Kobayashi, who is immune to death due to an unknown fog. Despite his condition, Kobayashi desires death and avoids interacting with others. Hanasaki, intrigued by him, invites Kobayashi to join the detective team. Their collaboration uncovers a link between the criminal known as the "Fiend with Twenty Faces" and Kogorou Akechi. As their paths intertwine, the two face an uncertain future.
