Tsuki ni Murakumo Hana ni Arashi

Hikaru and Ryu were classmates in art college and have remained friends for twelve years. Ten years ago, during winter, Ryu began expressing his feelings for Hikaru repeatedly. Each time, Hikaru avoided giving a clear response, and their friendship continued. After the tenth rejection, Ryu, now an artist, distances himself by telling Hikaru not to return if they are only friends. The story follows the evolving relationship between two men in their thirties over a decade. One is a reclusive, accomplished artist, and the other is a carefree man from a wealthy family in Kyoto.
