An eighteen-year-old aspiring illustrator arrives in Tokyo to pursue his dreams but discovers that the neighborhood he intended to live in, Tsumanuda, has officially sanctioned and structured street combat. There, he encounters a mysterious maid named Dorae, who assists him in entering the realm of martial arts. As he becomes involved, he faces the unknown challenges and experiences that lie ahead.
