Tsumi to Batsu

A surge in population and food scarcity prompts scientists to develop a new species intended for consumption, which is housed in northern Japan. The creatures later mutate and turn violent, attacking the population. An international force known as the Armed Volunteers attempts to contain them, labeling them "ruffians," but their actions also harm the local people. A resistance group, the Savior Group, emerges to oppose both the ruffians and the Volunteers. It is led by a woman named Achi. The manga is based on the Treasure video game and was never compiled into a tankoubon.
