Tsurizao Hitotsu de Isekai Hourou

Owari Machida was once a celebrated professional angler with a strong media presence, but his fame faded quickly and he now scrapes by from day to day. During a routine boat-fishing trip, a sudden wave knocks him overboard, his life jacket malfunctions and he loses consciousness as he sinks beneath the surface. When he wakes, the landscape around him has completely changed: he has been transported to another world where fishing as a craft has all but disappeared. With only the tackle that came along with him, Owari travels from place to place, casting his line, sharing his knowledge with curious locals and slowly rebuilding a life around the pastime he loves.
