An architect named Jae travels alone to Spain, seemingly to escape an abusive former partner who tried to control her. She sees the trip as a fresh start, a chance to regain her independence. During her stay, she is wrongly placed in the same hotel room as Joff, a charming and accomplished businessman who is drawn to her gentle and self-reliant character. At the same time, someone dangerous from Jae’s past starts to reappear in her life.
