A former all-boys school has transitioned into a co-educational high school. Shinya Sanada starts his high school experience in the hospital and joins the boys' dormitory a month behind schedule. Upon arrival, he encounters his childhood friend, who has developed into a more mature version of herself than he recalls. He makes an effort to adjust to his new school environment.
