Unjou Roukaku Kidan

Kasumi was named with divine favor to ensure her protection. When her village suffers a drought, she is selected as the human offering to plead with the gods for rain. Despite her parents' sorrow, she accepts her fate and journeys to the heavens. The gods attempt to send her away, but she refuses to leave without rain for her village. She resolves to become a celestial fairy, willing to spend 1000 years learning to ride the clouds if necessary.
