Unmei ni Kiss

Two boys discover they were chosen as soulmates by their mothers, who believed their children were meant to be together. However, the mothers' assumption was based on a misunderstanding, as both children are male. Although the idea of marriage is abandoned, the boys realize that their lives may still be connected by fate, symbolized by a red thread.
