In a secluded land known for its holy figures, a ceremony is held to present new saints to the ruling powers of neighboring kingdoms. Most of those introduced are teenagers, but one, named Allie, is an adult and referred to as the "unwanted saint." During the event, the most powerful demon lord appears and immediately approaches her. Their meeting leads to a surprising encounter with someone she does not recognize. The story follows the developing dynamic between the saint and the demon lord in a light-hearted, romantic manner.
