A schoolgirl's uniform turns up late at night in a wooded area, and after examining the scene the police treat it as a likely violent crime and start searching for the missing person. The girl is Cheon Ji-Yun, a second-year at Cheongwang Middle School, who vanished while looking into In Yu-Jin, an upperclassman who disappeared four years earlier. The investigators remember a notorious claim made at the time by In Yu-Jin's biological father, who insisted his child had been taken by aliens. With that, the case slowly slides toward the realm of the fantastic.
