Uru no Mori no Majo

Rutile is a witch who lives in the Forest of Ul, and the story opens on her seventeenth birthday. She still remembers her grandmother's rule from childhood, that a witch must never tell a lie. Desperate to spare her friend Linaria from a grim fate, she nonetheless gave an answer that contradicted the fortune teller's reading, after which Linaria coughed up blood and died, only to revive moments later.
